All perks are purchased with credits from an in-game interface (/buy). Gamepasses & Ranks are permanent and require only a one-time purchase. In-game keys, cosmetics and more are not lifetime and will disappear once used, or after a certain time.

You cannot transfer credits to other players ingame. When you buy credits, they are locked to your account only.

Refund policy 
All payments are final and non-refundable*. Chargebacks made from your bank provider can lead to a ban from Tebex, the payment gateway used by the majority of Minecraft servers. It could take between 1-20 minutes for your purchase to be credited in-game. If you are still not credited after this time period, please open a support ticket on Discord server with proof of purchase and we will look into your issue.
